So today i did another survey on work values importance..

The world of work not only contains hundreds of occupations, the same occupation can have many different work settings. Your personal preferences for how you want to work are called “work values.” It is important to be aware of your personal work values in order to decide the quality of the work environment that you want to pursue. Based upon your responses to the Work Values Inventory, you rated the importance of the four values as shown below..

  • Working Conditions and Recognition 86 %
  • Relationships and Support 83 %
  • Independence 56%
  • Achievement 82%

Here is what these values mean to you.
Working Conditions and Recognition
  • Be paid well in comparison to other workers
  • Have a stable job, and
  • Receive recognition for the work I do.

Relationships and Support.
  • Have others workers who are easy to get along with
  • Help others, and
  • Be treated fairly by my company.

Independence
  • Do something different every day
  • Take charge and give instructions to others, and
  • Make decisions on my own.

Achievement
  • Use my individual abilities
  • Have a feeling of accomplishment, and
  • Be busy doing things all the time.

Well it was interesting..whoever's interested can go www.ecareers.sg to do lots of survey..
